My baby reflexology classes are designed to introduce you to the beautiful, holistic healing art of reflexology, fostering an incredible bond between you and your baby. This gentle practice can help bring balance to your baby’s body, offering relief from common ailments such as colic, reflux, digestive issues, teething, ear infections, and chest infections.

In our soothing, supportive environment, you’ll feel seen, held, and heard. Each class includes a bespoke booklet and weekly video recordings of our sessions, ensuring you can continue the practice at home. Together, we’ll enjoy delightful refreshments, share heartfelt chats, exchange valuable tips, and create lasting connections. These classes run for a block of 4 weeks and run on a Saturday morning.
