Every feeding journey is unique. As a trained Lactation Consultant, I provide compassionate support and evidence-based information – every step of the way – to help you meet your breastfeeding goals.
I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in January 2022, after 10 years of volunteering as a Cuidiú Breastfeeding Counsellor. Alongside my private practice work, I continue to volunteer at the monthly Cuidiú Breastfeeding group in Westside Library and the Cuidiú Bumps and Babes group in Galway. I am passionate about mothers and babies having the space, time and non-judgmental support they need to overcome any feeding challenges they face and to thrive.
