Nicola has a lovely calm manner that immediately puts mum and baby at ease and that's before the class starts! My 8 week old baby loves the classes and is always so calm and relaxed throughout especially at the end. Nicola creates a class where reflexology is taught to mums in a very clear way that allows you to take away what you have learnt and use again and again on your little one. It has really helped my baby with reflux, wind, and some mild constipation, as well as the fact that she really responds to the touch! I highly recommend Nicola and the support after class with videos etc is great😊

My baby and I absolutely adore the baby reflexology classes with Nicola. It really is the highlight of our week. The environment is so peaceful and warm. Nicola is really relaxed but so informative. It is a wonderful opportunity to learn a really special skill for baby and to also meet other Mums. I cannot recommend the class enough to any new Mums.
