As first time parents, it provided us with knowledge, tools and confidence to embrace the birthing experience. Leaving the course, you felt empowered and less apprehensive about what was ahead . Jen was a great facilitator, no question was a silly question. She really went above and beyond and also provided lots of advice on what the hospital experience would be like. Jennifer made us feel so comfortable & she was so informative. She provided us with so many tricks and tips that we left the session feeling so much more confident & calm about what lay ahead. I couldn’t recommend Jennifer enough. Her calm and friendly demeanour really helped focus us and she even provided us with a workbook and goodie bag when we were leaving.
