Meet Nicola,
Nicola is the founder of Mindful Birthing and is an advocate for mothers on their pregnancy journey.
Nicola is a qualified Mental Health Nurse with over ten years experience. She spent several years working in early intervention and prevention while obtaining a masters in Health Promotion. & a degree in KGHypnobirthing.
Having had a hospital and home birth Nicola has a unique perspective on just how different birthing experiences can be. Nicola experienced birth trauma on her first delivery and wanted to ensure a better experience for her second birth.
